Politra holds a 44.04% stake in Eurocash, a leader in the Polish FMCG sector. Our involvement ensures strong governance and sustainable growth, as we nominate 3 out of 5 directors of Eurocash’s Supervisory Board. [Paragrafo] Eurocash is one of the largest and most respected wholesale distribution companies in Poland, supplying food products and FMCG to over 15,000 independent retailers. With a focus on innovation and digitalization, Eurocash leads the market in supporting the competitiveness of local stores through cutting-edge solutions, such as its EuroPlatform and e-commerce initiatives. In 2023, Eurocash reported sales revenue of PLN 32.5 billion and a net profit increase of 62%.
